This point to point trail located near Riverton offers some of the most scenic vistas in West Virginia. Seneca Creek Back country has the highest point in West Virginia, with high ridges and steep cliffs. There are numerous overlooks along the trail, the majority of them are not marked. This is a great 2-3 day Backpacking trip, however this trail has no access to water, so be sure to pack plenty. A shuttle plan is needed for this hike.
